In need of help guys..

So I took a dollar store test this morning because I haven't had a period yet this month and my post partum periods have been irregular so i didn't think I ovulated because I only got 1 positive test in 3 months.

This morning I took the test and after a minute and watching the dye run across (assuming it was done and was negative) I got in the shower. I wasn't in long until I got back out and glanced back at the test and saw 2 lines. One was very faint but I could visibly see it and it had color.

So I need some help. How likely is it that this is a dye run or an indent or an evaporation line or a false positive? (I've never had one with these before. Once they were negative they stayed negative)
