Wanting to move back to the United States!

Hello all!

So basically I have a 7 year old daughter, I’m American .. my child’s father British. We have lived in the UK since my daughters birth but have been separated since she was 2. He has had little to no involvement in her life since then. But my problem is this - he’s aware I’m wanting to move back to the states and obviously take my daughter with me but now wants to step up and be a father. He will not consider co parenting and wants her to flat out stay in the UK. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!
