I’m so confused!

I had a miscarriage on 11/3 (mmc treated with cytotec).

I have been testing with home pregnancy tests since about a week after the miscarriage and the tests have gotten progressively lighter. The only two that still show positive were first response early response and easy at home - my Walmart tests were showing negative. I had betas ran on 11/18 at my follow up visit and my hcg was 23.

I had unprotected sex on 11/16. Yesterday I took a test just to see if they’d all be negative and both the easy at home and Walmart tests had a very faint line. Today I tested again because it was weird that the Walmart one had a faint line now when it was negative before and there was a darker line. The supposed sensitivity is 25, which is more than the 23 I was a week ago. I took two less sensitive tests (first response rapid results which has a sensitivity of 50-100 and Walgreens, which has a supposed sensitivity of 50) and both were faintly positive as well.

Could this be a new pregnancy even though my hcg had not reached zero yet?!
