Boyfriend keeps saying you don't know how many girls would kill to have a boyfriend like I treat you...... what should I do??

So I am 12 weeks pregnant and a lot of the stuff I do change I used to cook all the time I use to clean all the time or used Chase is four-year-old son from a different Mary age I used to do a lot more than I'm doing now but ever since I've become pregnant I've lost a lot of weight had horrible morning sickness and just don't feel like doing anything anymore and he always likes to throw in my face well you don't know how many other girls would kill to be in this position or you don't know how many girls would like to treat treated the way I treat you and so on and so forth I was told I can't have kids and I'm on restrictions don't have to be waY so???
