22 weeks and freaking huge

This is my 3rd and I am genuinely concerned about how big I am. I’m not gaining or losing weight, other than 2lbs that keep fluctuating. He’s measuring a week ahead, but I did not expect to be this big, this soon. How am I supposed to last another 4 months?? It’s insane. I can’t wrap my mind around it. To top it off, this is the first pregnancy that isn’t allowing me to really work. I’m a bartender and I’ve never felt these pains, or being out of breath, my feet ache, my back hurts, I can’t even sleep. Lol what is going on 😭😭😭
