I guess I'm out? Sore boobs

I guess I am out this month? Period due in 5 days and my boobs are super sore. Anxiety is through the roof which happens before period. Can anyone relate?

My boobs were super sore so I put on a pad expecting my period to show up... Only it didn't. I found out I was pregnant on Thanksgiving

Pregnancy and period symptoms are the same. So it can be due to either. You are only out if your period shows.

Definitely thought my period was coming because of my sore boobs. You’re not out until AF comes :)

I’m freaking out… I’m not looking to get pregnant, but I had sex on the 22 with a friend after 8 months without sex. That was 3 days before my fertile period. We used a condom. But I understand the risk % is not 0. 
Two years ago I had thyroid cancer and I no longer have a thyroid and have been on thyroid medication ever since. It scares me that if I am pregnant, that the dose is not appropriate and the thyroid hormones are crucial in the brain development. 
I’m scared about telling my friend. He has no idea I’m freaking out. I don’t want to freak him out until and if I have to.
Need some help… anxiety is through the roof and I’m feeling a bit of tachycardia. Any advice or words of comfort?
