Hi ladies so I'm gonna be 7 weeks tomorrow. Today's my first ob appointment. Since Thursday I've been spotting. Literally little to none on my pad. When i pee drops come out. I passed some clots the size of grain of rice on Saturday till today not on every single wipe. I did have a big cramp yesterday only for a few minutes that's about it I'm scared. Any stories similar and had a positive outcome. I've misscarried before. TIA
