Been trying for a baby for 3 months, hoping December will be our month

My boyfriend and I have been talking we’ve been wanting to try for a baby just hasn’t happened yet, hoping December will be our month..i do have 1 son with someone else my son is 7 years old. I just finished my period on the 27th started on the 24th. My app says I should ovulate around December.6th. My periods are regular I never miss mine. Really hoping and praying for a miracle here as it sure is tearing him and i apart that I’m not getting pregnant. Been trying for 3 months now. I’m 23 years old he’s 25 I know age can sometimes impact conceiving but we’re still young. This would be his very first child
