did i take plan b too early???

So a few weeks ago I ordered option 2(i’m referring to it as plan b)on amazon just as a back up to have in my medicine cabinet because i realized i didn’t have any emergency contraceptive. yeah it wasn’t the best idea but it seemed legit considering in was 4.7 stars with 7k+ reviews. i am on birth control and take it pretty religiously. my alarm is set for 9pm which is usually the time i take it but i make sure to take it anywhere from 8:30-9:30pm no excuses (sometimes life gets in the way). anyway on the 25th my bf came in me and you know the phrase “the sooner you take it the better” so i took it less than 30 minutes after the incident. it is now the 29th and i’m nauseous, bloated and have slight lower abdomen pain. of the few other times i’ve taken plan b i had sore breasts, nauseous and bloating all about 24 hours after taking it for about three days. i’ve read that you should wait 30min to and hour before taking plan b. Has anyone bought option 2 from ‘good sense store’ on amazon, is it legit? did i take plan b too early? if option 2 wasn’t real, should i be protected by my birth control? is how i take it considered perfect use? sorry for so many questions this is the first time someone came in me (it was consensual but it was also the heat of the moment) and i’m now nervous hahaha thanks.

From the sounds of it, you are pretty well protected with your normal birth control and the plan B was overkill. You should be fine with your birth control pills on their own, you take them regularly and timely so there really was no reason to take the emergency one. If you're having anxieties stemming from having sex and someone ejaculating inside of you, you should talk with a professional about that. Sex shouldn't cause that response especially in someone being responsible. It's best to nip this in the bud before it gets worse or spreads to other aspects of your life, ya know?

Why are you taking Plan B while on birth control? That is unnecessary. I just said this on another post a few days ago but way too many young women are using EC incorrectly and without understanding how it works. 
Birth control pills stop ovulation. This is how it protects against pregnant. PLAN B delays ovulation. You’re not ovulating thus taking is incorrectly and unnecessarily.
