I’m new to basal body temperature and was wondering if this is a sign of ovulation?

I’m also spotting a little bit

No. To confirm ovulation it’s recommended to use opks to pinpoint LH surge, then find a 3 days temp rise that’s higher then the previous 6 temps. You also need to be consistent with temping. Starting soon as period ends, temping vaginally at same time every morning.
