Is there a such thing as “Responding to well” ? …

I need some advice or some sort of explanation to this. Today I went in for my second follicular scan for this cycle , this appt would have been what I hope to have started my second round of IUI but unfortunately it’s not.

My NP told me today that IUI is a NO GO this month because I have “too many” mature follicles. She says I overly responded to the new dosage of FEMARA I took this cycle and with me being so young my chances of conceiving multiples were really high.

I just want to understand what’s is the reasoning behind this? Why can’t I continue with my treatment? The reason am doing these fertility treatments is to conceive so me conceiving multiples would be an absolute blessing so why is it a no go ? .. why is it such a bad thing in this case ? …
