Does anyone have any tips on how to smell good without using perfume or deodorant?

Wash and shower  regularly. If you have used deodorant frequently it will take a couple months for your body to purge the left overs from the deodorant then you should smell so much. After that happens you can just was or use hand sanitizer on the days you notice a smell. The alcohol in the hand sanitizer  kills the bacteria  that makes bo smell. I haven't  worn deodorant daily  for a few years now occasionally I will use it if I know I'm going to be sweating a lot around other people but for the most part I don't need it. You can also use essential oils to add a fragrance to yourself. I use them as perfume as I'm allergic to most perfumes.
