Surprise baby came 2weeks early!

It’s a boy! Born on the 16th, of Nov. @ 9:14PM

He’s currently 2weeks and 1 day old.

My only baby that came out all by himself. With my other 2, I got a membrane sweep! But this little one wanted to come early by himself without any help and gave me lower back contractions! That was definitely an experience and I hope I never have back contractions my future pregnancies. Lol!

I was 5cm dilated my whole 36-37weeks. At 37&6days I went shopping and did lots of walking

.. thinking it would trigger something but it only gave me more pelvic pain. The next morning (38weeks exactly) we had some sex! After that, I had some light contractions.. thinking it was just Braxton Hicks since I’ve been having that on and off since 32weeks. But I didn’t wanna go to the hospital yet because I didn’t want to get sent home. So I waited til it was stronger.. after 5-6hrs.. it still felt the same, I even tried to time it but it wasn’t even consistent. I went to the bathroom, just to pee. And when I wiped, there was blood? I was so confused and scared! So I told the husband it’s time to go, even when my contractions wasn’t even that bad but it was getting a bit tense. Right when We put the kids in the car, that’s when it slapped me in the face. My contractions started coming back to back.. got the hospital and I was checked to be 6cm dilated around 7PM. After an hr I was checked to be 9cm dilated and I wanted the epidural so bad but my midwife told me I wouldn’t make it because my water would probably break. So she insisted to break it and have me push but I said no, I’m wanted to wait for the epidural since my water didn’t break yet. And I was so lucky enough to get the epidural at 10cm dilated! And it kicked in! Midwife broke my water and I honestly couldn’t feel a thing, not even my contractions, nurses and midwife had to tell me when I had a contraction. I didn’t even know if I was pushing or not, had to ask my husband if I was. Anyways I had a smooth and fast delivery. Within 5mins he came out! @9:14pm! And everybody announced that he was a boy!
