Bleeding around 8 weeks

Based on my last period (which I don’t trust because I’m super irregular) I’d be around 8 weeks. Last night I noticed some red blood only when wiping. It continued each time I wiped when I got up to use the bathroom. I just had the first bloodless wipe since then. I am going in for an early ultrasound today (was supposed to be a week from today) and am terrified. We had a miscarriage several months ago and all I can think is that it’s happening again 😭.
