Any ultrasound techs? Ultrasound photo

Hi 👋🏻 can anyone tell me where the placenta is, my cervix, etc? Based on this ultrasound? And are there any hematomas or anything? I know it’s probably not easy to tell with just one image but I’m just curious! I had bleeding at 13 weeks and the doctor who saw me said “oh there never really is a reason and you won’t see anything on the ultrasound anyway.” And just told me everything looked good, here’s your pic. Just looking for peace of mind I guess!
