Best way to use ovulation kits/strips?
Hi everyone! I just started using ovulation tests this cycle and I’m seeing a lot off different info on when the best time to test is. So I’d like to know:
Do you use test kits or strips?
What time of day do you test?
Do you test multiple times a day?
Based on my CM I think I ovulated a couple days before this app predicted but all of my tests have shown a negative result 🤔
We’ll see what happens.
