Do I make a move next time or not??? Please read first!

Run on sentence time! I’ve been posting here anonymously about this guy I like for a while now and tonight he came over and we hung out at my place (I’m 22, he’s 23, we both still live with our parents so it’s not that private or anything), but anyway he’s very flirty and touchy-feely and we were all over each other and after everyone was in bed he and I were cuddling on the futon and then he got really hyper and started telling me about how he’s very attracted to me but he doesn’t think we have a sexual relationship which, for the record, isn’t true because we talk about sex ALL the time and teasingly touch each other. But ANYWAY I can’t tell if that was just him being honest and then telling me “but I don’t wanna do anything and ruin what we have” or if he was trying to get in my pants and then attempting to diffuse in case I didn’t feel the same. I really like him and I’d love to make out with him so long as it doesn’t destroy the friendship. Should I ask him if he wants to hook up next time I see him? Or just let it lie?
