My kid poops at the wrong time 😫😫

It NEVER fails that my daughter who is 2 almost 3 in a few months will poop as soon we get somewhere. She goes great at home( still working on potty training). Today it’s extremely nice outside for being December so I decided to take my kids to the park. I unload my other 2 kids and she goes to the top of the play ground and poops her pants. Every.single.time. Idk why she does it but is this something to be concerned by? She literally just went on the potty before we left the house. It happens at the park, Walmart, my parents house, restaurants etc. does this happen to anyone else 😫 it’s pretty frustrating and I know it’s not her fault but it still kills me. It seems like we can’t go anywhere.
