Sick with a cold, is Tylenol Sinus safe??

I'm 13 weeks along and I have a bad cold. The nurse at my doctor's office said I should take Tylenol Sinus, but I read online and was told by a friend who goes to a different OB, that it actually wasn't a pregnancy safe medication. She said although regular Tylenol is safe, the combination medication, Tylenol Sinus, is not safe.
I'm just confused about what I need to do. This particular nurse has already messed up numerous times, so I can't help but question her.
I would love some relief because I've felt sick now for nearly a week, but I don't want to risk anything when it comes to baby.

Not safe. When I had a could my doctors office told me Tylenol extra strength (500mg) every 4 to 6 hours. It made me sleepy but after a couple days of taking it. I felt better and cold was gone.

I also read that and ended up taking Tylenol Cold & Flu when I was pregnant. I might be wrong, but I believe that’s safe

Take half dose of regular, non D or DM cold meds

This is from my OB office! Acetaminophen (Tylenol) is also safe. Combo meds sometimes aren’t safe because of the added ingredients. So check that everything listed is on the safe list before taking it
