hi ladies, I'm high risk because of previous miscarriages, preeclampsia and gestational diabetes. I have pcos and insulin resistant.

I got my blood result for AFP and it came back high risk for spina bifida. Getting an ultrasound on monday again to see if the technician missed it at my 13 week screening ultrasound.  Does the blood test confirm that baby definitely has spina bifida? I've been crying non stop, we struggled for 2+ years with a loss beginning of the year and now have been fighting since august to keep this baby. have been bleeding on and off in my first trimester. I'm so scared. Please share your experiences
