Has anyone else noticed that tantrums are getting wilder and more unpredictable?

My dusghter started throwing things suddenly, throwing her glasses, running around screaming and just in general makes a whole giant tantrum out of the weirdest things.

This has never really been an issue before, as we've dealt fine with previous tantrums in a calm way. But the screaming, throwing and kicking is just insane all of a sudden 😅

Is this a warm up to the wonderful age of 3 years? Could it be a leap perhaps?
