Positive? Evap? Or Negative?

Hi everyone, I posted this before but I'd figured I'd post again to get more opinions. I had this positive test followed by 2 negative and another faint positive. I've already made an appointment with my doctor so I'm just anxiously waiting. I'm also anemic and I have a form of bronchitis that affects my immune system so I wonder if that is why my results are weird? Like maybe the anemia and bronchitis make the hormone less likely to come up? I'm not sure just kinda lost right now.
