Is this concidered normal to do in a relationship

Okay, i know every relationship is different. So it may be on their end idk. For me it wouldn’t be acceptable so im genuinely curious if you would be okay with it. For me it wouldn’t be okay. Im from Florida I lived there majority of my life till I was 18, 19 ish. There was a guy who wanted to be with me so bad. He was 24 at the time, I was only barely 18. I was young I had a naive mindset, very lonely, just got out of a physically abusive relationship, I had no one. So I was just alone. This guy seemed like the sweetest man ever he wanted to be with me so bad, I just was never interested. One day he asked to just hang out just to be around each other so I said okay, we ended up meeting up and he pushed sex and I caved ( didn’t want too ) but like I said, I wasn’t in the right mindset at all at that age very lonely and tried to think “ what if he really is the one 🥴 “ dumb I know haha. We had sex and it confirmed for me I just had no interest in him. Because of that we never talked again. I think at one point he even blocked me.

Never spoke of him or even remembered of him till I just got a friend request on fb from him, it’s been what 7 years now. I don’t live in Florida anymore. We have no mutual friends so I’m thinking he searched me up to find me, anyway i click on his page and boom, he’s MARRIED. Like wedding pictures plastered everywhere, him and his wife and his son just all over his page. Lol, it looks like a literal perfect marriage. I didn’t accept it and he messaged me saying hey.. long time no talk.

Now is this normal?! I feel weird because I feel like if it was me I’d be upset if my partner was adding girls from his past who he’s hooked up with or had a thing with. I’m not gonna respond for one because he has a wife, no way in hell would I do that to someone out of respect. Just makes me question men in general. 🙄 was gonna message the wife out of respect but it’s not my place and nothing significant happened I guess. But ugh if it was me I’d want someone too. Im torn haha.
