Need opinions!

Hey ladies. So, I’ve always struggled with acne and hormonal acne. I was on accutane about 2 years and my skin was flawless - it helped so much. Recently, I’ve been getting breakouts on my neck and jawline. (I think the soap I’m using it making me break out too so I will change the product). But, does anyone have any advice regarding spironolactone? Negative/positive experiences are welcome. I was on spironolactone in 2015 and I remember my skin was also very clear and it worked. I would like to lose some weight as well so I think spironolactone could help. I also have some facial hair too (sideburn area and chin area).
