I have a urge to urinate every minute and when I urinate I urinate a little and I feel like stinging, tickling, vaginal heat and itching. I can hardly sleep at night from this problem can anyone tell me what it is and can it be a sign of pregnancy ??

It could be a urinary tract infection, you need to go to the doctors and get your urine tested and hopefully they can give you an antibiotic. They are quite common in early pregnancy so could be an early sign that you are pregnant but doesn’t have to be, as you can get them at any point in your life really.
