Mom goes to jail after she posts nude picture with son

This women got a 3 month sentence in prison after she posted this. Many says it’s weird but doesn’t deserve jail time, some say it’s not weird and doesn’t deserve jail time and some say it’s her son, it’s not a bog deal. She was completely naked. Her son is 7. I’m just wondering what others think of this situation?
