Late miscarriage questions

Hi, ladies!💓 I have had losses before but they were all in 1st trimester. I am now 12 weeks 3 days but the possibility of a loss has never left my mind.

If you have had a late miscarriage, from 13 weeks on, what happened? What was the experience like?

I have Hyperemesis Gravidarum, and I have been very malnourished and lost so, so much weight, unable to keep any vitamins or nutritious food down for weeks. I am not very optimistic about this pregnancy and honestly downright depressed, waiting for the other shoe to drop.

I am wondering what your experiences were like and how you made it through...💓
