Period problems

Hey guys!

So is it normal to start your period Twice in one month.

My cycle went off two days before Thanksgiving and It came back Friday. I’ve experienced this before with bright red blood and the results weren’t good. This time

It’s dark red and odorless And I would go to the OB/GYN if I could but they won’t except me because of a balance. I have pictures if anyone is willing to look and give me an explanation but idk what going on. Last time I had a period in 2 months, I had an infection. This time I don’t think it’s an infection, idk what going on 🤦🏽‍♀️
