Does anyone else eat salami?

I'm sorry. I know it says not to eat it, but I just LOVE salami. I really don't eat that much though. I'll eat maybe 3 slices in a day.

If this is your first pregnancy and you're not in the UK I would definitely not be eating 3 pieces of salami a day..

It's not advised against in the UK. They caution against meat from S America, but most of our cured meats come from Europe, where laws are very stricked.

I love salami too but I don't eat it while I'm pregnant unless it's heated. If you just heat it up in the microwave for a few seconds it would be safer for baby.

Nope. Deli meat is high in nitrates and are bad for baby. I don't risk harming my baby.
