I personally do because my parents were deciding between milo and Finn for their puppy, they’ve always named our pets pretty normal names😅 BUT I saw the cutest little boy named milo and he fit it perfectly! Once your baby is born no one will say “that’s a pet name”, if you like it go for it! I don’t think most people would associate your baby’s name with a pet
