Weird leakage

So I had my last baby 3 and a half yes ago.. stopped breastfeeding at 6 weeks. But lately over the last 6 months I noticed both my breasts leak. When I squeeze them it's like a thick cream colour and texture. What could be happening? I often get sore breaststroke throughout my cycle and no I am not on any contraception
