Thoughts?

Okay so I had my 15 week appointment today. I see the same lady I’ve seen now for both pregnancies. She seemed “dismissive”? I had an allergic reaction and we talked some about that but that was it. She listened to the HR and didn’t say anything. So i said “all good”? She basically responded with tones sounded good we will know more after your anatomy scan (in 6 weeks). Why am I worrying just a little? Am I just being paranoid with anxiety? I feel like she’s not normally like this?
