My lips randomly starting burning and tingling tonight.. 
I went to the bathroom and saw my lips were red and inflamed and a white spot.. any ideas on that it could be

Almost positive that’s a cold sore. From the looks & sounds of it… I get them and this is usually the start.

Oh & if you do get them… these things have been life savers for me. Once you start noticing a pattern and know a cold sore is coming, if you catch it in time with this, it doesn’t come out at all! (At least for me)
If the cold sore is already there, these will help get rid of it faster. Just make sure to follow instructions on the back. It doesn’t hurt to have them on hand just so you don’t have to rush to the store when you feel one coming out.
