Reduced movements? Advice on what i can do before going hospital

I know everyone will say go hospital and i will if she doesnt start moving soon but right now i am

Laid up in bed with a severe chest infection and can barely make it to the bathroom let alone the hospital so i dont want to go in unless i absolutely have to. Im hoping she is just having a quiet day because yesterday was a busy day - spent at the hospital emergency room because of my chest infection. Just havent felt her move much at all today - the odd little jab here and there. This happened to me once before around 30 weeks and it turned out she had just moved positions and was hiding by my spine all curled up. I waited to be seen for 4 hours at the maternity unit before they told me everything was fine.

Iv tried, my morning coffee (usually gets her moving- today not so much) a chocolate bar, lots of cold water, lying on my side and trying to concentrate. Iv probably felt a couple of small jabs in the last 3 hours? Maybe its the infection thats making her unwell too or maybe the antibiotics have slowed her down? I dunno. Advice?
