Baby measuring seems off?

So per my last period of 10/20 and a cycle of 24 days I should be 7 weeks 4 days. My first ultrasound measured me at 5 weeks 6 days and no heartbeat yet. A week later (today) baby measured 6 weeks 2 days with a heartbeat of like 101. So baby only grew 3 days worth in a week?! Andddd I’m measuring over a week behind? Any experiences? I know exactly when I ovulated because I was testing for it. These are my two ultrasounds.

I’m in a similar situation, go for my US gestation scan, doctor and I can’t decide on LMP 10/12 or iud removal 10/22. I think I’m 7 weeks and she says 8weeks 2 days.  Your Baby looks good and growing!

Are you getting another scan in a week?
The fact that baby is growing is a good sign, as is the heartbeat as it’s in normal range for the scan, but the slow growth is not.
