Can you feel it when you are dilated?

For all the ladies who are already dilated a couple of cm, does your pelvis/vagina feel any different. I feel like my vagina feels… looser today like more open? Weird description i know! I dont see my midwife until next week so i wont know until then but just intrigued!

On my third baby and 4th pregnancy, and I’ve never been able to feel any difference when dilating. I think we just get to a point of being so far along and so uncomfortable our mind starts associating what we feel with different things we know are going to be coming.

I don’t think it’s possible to feel your uterus dilate?

I definitely feel it, with my last pregnancy and this one when I started to dilate it has felt like I have more pressure it’s kind of similar to a lightening crotch feeling. Each time I mentioned it my doctor would check me and sure enough🤷🏻‍♀️

I never felt it. Not even during labor.

Third pregnancy - I have never noticed when I have been dilated. My last pregnancy I was 4cm at my last check before I was induced a week later - never felt it.

Never felt any different but everything starts relaxing and loosening to prepare for labour

My hips started KILLING me when I got into the third trimester. I didn’t stay dilating till about 35 weeks and there was a small difference in pain and where it was located but overall I think it was just regular symptoms
