How do you clean a child's space maintainer and that pocket of space also how do you clean crowns

The dentist said the tooth decay is there we have to remove molar and crown a different tooth

My concerns with the tooth extraction, when the adult tooth erupts usually it absorbs the baby tooth roots and use the baby tooth as its guide up. My concern how will the adult tooth erupt if dentist pulls out baby tooth

How do you clean a metal space maintainer won't it collect buildup of food? Can children chew food with it doesn't it hurt

My other concern is the baby pulpotomy and crown aren't crowns painful?
