Missed my period for 4 days but pregnancy test came negative any idea what is actually going on?

i missed my period for 4 days but yesterday i got pregnancy test which came negative i’m so concerned what's actually happening inside my body

and i counted 14 days after the last day of my period though was having  symptoms of pregnancy like nausea and body fatigue...yesterday before performing my test i walked for an hour and 30 minutes to get myself relaxed as i was stressed out for some domestic reasons. could there be a chance that i was pregnant but i walked too much which caused the miscarriage or something ? 😞
