how do you know if your ph balance is off & if so what do you use to treat it ?

I PUT APPLE CIDER VINEGAR IN MY FEMININE WASH OR A LITTLE ON MY WASH CLOTH ALONG WITH SOME LIQUID DOVE OR FEMININE WASH BEFORE I USE THE CLOTH TO  CLEAN DOWN BELOW IT'S THE BEST IT WILL HAVE YOU RIGHT DOWN BELOW MAKE YOU SMELL LIKE WATER FRFR. NO SMELL

I use pH strips.  I keep them around because I’m very susceptible to BV.  When I feel something is off I test my pH and usually treat with boric acid.  Works well for me.

I read that probiotics are really good to maintain ph balance. I’ve tried renew life and haven’t had any issues since but try to keep taking them daily.

You would have a off smell happening, usually clears on it own after a couple days. Don’t use any products on yourself, vaginas are self cleaning
