It’s been 3 years and still heavy.

I don’t know what to do? I’m still 50kg (110lbs) over my original weight before pregnancy.

I haven’t changed my diet; I’m still vegan and don’t overindulge. I don’t snack and I do drink plenty of water a day. I ride my bike everywhere including to drop off my son to nursery school if not I’m walking. I try to stay as active as possible.

I am really stressed out and not being able to lose any weight so far is making me more stressed.

Any suggestions?
