What will the hospital most likely do?

Currently 37 weeks and the last two weeks have been hell. I can't keep any fluids or barely eat. I've lost nearly a stone in two weeks with how bad it is. Even my tummy looks smaller. 
Now I've been getting very bad pains and sickness during day/night. I feel like the drs need to help me asap as being in this much pain isn't normal?? 
Will they likely induce me if they feel it's the right thing?

I think it really depends on the hospital and doctor. My doctor considers 37 weeks full term. I went in with a headache at 37+2 and my blood pressure was high. All my other labs and urine were fine but he induced me anyway. He doesn’t mess around with stuff.

They may keep you on fluids and try and wait a week.

I was induced at 37 weeks due to a medical reason as my sons growth wasn’t as it should of been. 
I believe they only induce if they think it’s better for the baby to be out of the uterus than in.

Its still pretty esrly to induce. I think they would just give you IV fluids and monitor you to see how your body responds. Unfortunately some aches and pains are considered normal for late pregnancy and they may think of it as that
