Vitamin b12
Anybody else have low energy I still breastfeed and I take iron for anemia but I haven’t taken b12 I did today but it says breastfeeding moms should take 2.8mg can anybody tell me what does that equal. How many 1000mcg pills of b12 does 2.8 equal.
