My baby will be 6 weeks old on Sunday. Come Christmas time, she will be pushing 2 months old. I have major anxiety about taking her around my husband’s family because it is swarming with kids. They also don’t respect me at all and are mad at me for not bringing her down on Thanksgiving (she was just over 3 weeks old at the time and I was having major emotional issues). I didn’t want to get her out so soon. They ended up having like 30 people over that day. However, to avoid drama, we are going down to visit on Christmas Day.

How do you keep your babies safe in these situations? I’m so worried about RSV. I know she’s probably going to have it at some point but I will do everything I can’t to keep it from happening. Especially while she’s so young. Has anyone else dealt with this or felt this way??
