Single/double stroller

So I currently have a graco modes travel system. Baby 1 outgrew the infant seat at 5 months and we moved to a convertible seat. He also HATED being in the stroller and would scream the neighborhood down so we got the evenflo xplore wagon which he loves and we use often BUT it’s bulky and not practical for indoor usage. Baby 1 will be nearly 3 when baby 2 comes around - I’m not planning to have him use a stroller often but having the option of tossing him in a seat if needed (he’s being ornery and uncooperative) would be ideal. I hate to spend a fortune on something I may only use a handful of times like my modes - but I feel like when I have nieces and nephews with me I’m always wishing for a stroller.

What are your favorite strollers that do one or two?? Bonus points if they fold up like a single because my car is also small on storage.
