Not sure how to calculate starting and stopping AF 🤨
My AF has been really strange the last few cycles. It will start with dark brown bleeding (not spotting) for an hour or so at usually 12DPO and then completely stop for a day or two and then start again, like a normal flow at 14/15DPO.
Should I calculate my AF start date as the first bleeding or the real AF a few days after?
