Do you take iron supplements during menstrual cycle ?

I’m just wondering being my vitamins daily basis do not have iron so I’m wondering if I should take extra iron supplements on the side during my cycle

unless directed by a doctor or you’re anemic i wouldn’t, too much iron can lead to health problems.
