Bp creeping up postpartum

I’m 9 days pp and as of yesterday my I’ve been getting fluctuating bo readings. From very normal to as high as 135/97. I’m scared as last time I had preeclampsia during labor and lingered on until postpartum and warranted a trip to ER to only be put on bp meds for a month for them to regulate. I’m so upset and I was crying earlier because I didn’t develop preeclampsia with this pregnancy and now I’m scared it creeping up slowly. Any positive stories? I called labor and delivery and they told me to call or come in if it reaches 150/95. That one readi no of 140/97 was not consistent now they are hanging around 120s/high 80s
