37 weeks - feeling off?

I am 37 weeks with my third baby. He is measuring large, and they will induce me in 1 week if I don’t go into labor on my own due to his size and a prior delivery complication with a larger baby. All day I have just been feeling off. That’s the best way to describe it. I’m also having lots of cramping and back pain. Could this be the start of labor? Did anyone else experience this?
