medroxyprogesterone help please

Hi!

So my OB sucks and I’m changing her but she gave me medroxyprogesterone(without really explaining anything) for 10 days a month if no period. I thought that meant a month from my last dosage but it’s really from my last period. So i took one at a month from my last dose. I ovulated like 2ish days before that one dose and now (3 days since that one 10mg pill) I’m spotting super lightly.

My question is since I’m technically (not technically) having a small period now is there a chance i can still get pregnant or no?

Please help.

I feel like i just ruined my chances this month

I was put on it because i didn’t have a period from may of 2021 til October of 2021

We’ve been trying for 18 months. We have a son who will be 3 in Feb.
