How did you get rid of your baby pouch?
Hi everyone,
So I had two babies back to back. My first is 22 months and my second is 7 months. They are 14 months apart. My body didn't really have time to get back where it was before properly by the time I got pregnant with my second.
Honestly, I'm ok with my body and it's pretty much the same except for this baby pouch I have. Both my deliveries were c sections. I weigh around 160 and I'm 5"2. Everything else I'm fine with except this little pouch. It doesn't hang, it's just like a layer of fat that is on top of my abdomen. What sort of things did you guys do to get rid of it? I know I need to exercise, what sort should I do? As for dieting, I've tried weight watchers and I didn't feel like it was for me. I'm breastfeeding both babies still and I feel more hungry. I don't necessarily want to "diet," but I know I can watch my sugar intake and stuff.
